The length of time to resolve your divorce action will depend on whether or not the matter is contested. If the matter is uncontested, we’ve resolved divorce cases from start to finish within three months, sometimes even quicker. However, if it’s a going to be a contested matter that proceeds through trial the process can take well over a year.
