Vincent A. Frassetto is a Supervising Partner with the The Colwell Law Group, based in our Rochester location. Vincent brings more than 20 years of legal experience across all phases of trial work, administrative hearings, and complex transactional matters. His practice is rooted in a deep commitment to due process and the careful evaluation of evidence. Throughout his career, Vincent has advised clients on a wide range of matters including estate planning and trust formation and administration, probate and probate litigation, taxation and collection matters (including foreclosures), and negotiated business and real estate transactions and settlements on behalf of individuals and companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Vincent maintained a successful solo practice in the Rochester, New York area beginning in 2007, where he provided legal services in estate planning, real estate transactions, collections, contract drafting, and labor relations, including Department of Labor disputes. In addition, he has served for many years as a contract attorney with The Walker Legal Group in the Greater Denver area, providing support in probate, estate planning, and business formation matters, and with Arnold and Associates, P.C., where his work included family law, probate, estate planning, and general civil disputes. His broad-based experience includes litigation support and advocacy through pleadings and motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations, arbitrations, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
Vincent earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and is admitted to practice law in New York State and Colorado. He is known for his practical, solution-oriented approach and his ability to guide clients through complex legal and business challenges with clarity and confidence. Outside of his legal practice, Vincent values lifelong learning and staying engaged in the evolving intersection of law, business, and problem-solving.
