Client Relations Specialist
The Colwell Law Group is a matrimonial and family law firm that is seeking a non-attorney salesperson to join our firm. Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an experienced Client Relations Specialist who is driven to connect with and capture new clients for our services. The primary responsibility of the Client Relations Specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm.

- Evaluate incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the practice area of the firm as well as within our jurisdiction.
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly.
- Schedule initial consultations for potential new clients and follow up to ensure that the potential clients show up for their appointments prepared.
- Follow up with leads who failed to set or show up for scheduled appointments.
- Manage data entry in the firm’s CRM to ensure proper lead reporting and follow-up are conducted.
- Keep detailed notes in a centralized database.
- Follow-up with current clients at set milestones during their case or matter.
- Onboarding new clients by filling out the necessary paperwork and putting together initial case files.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Multitasking ability to move quickly from one inquiry to another.
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent empathetic verbal and written communication skills are required.
