The Marketing Assistant will work with the Marketing Manager to assist in developing the vision and strategies required to generate new business development opportunities, influence public perceptions, and maintain a positive brand reputation to support the overall growth and success of the firm. This position reports to the Marketing Manager of the firm. Adaptability and a sense of humor are necessary to be successful in this position. A background in legal marketing or professional services marketing is preferred but not required.

Job Duties:
- Monitoring and managing social media platforms, content creation and daily posting
- Update company website
- Preparing marketing proposals and presentations with Marketing Manager
- Review daily analytics to look for trends or errors
- Weekly and monthly lead source reporting
- Gather data and create reports on marketing campaign performances
- Maintain schedules of marketing campaigns/ manage content calendar
- Ongoing research of target audiences
- Identify market trends to incorporate into marketing campaigns
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in organizing marketing events
- Creating surveys, graphs/charts, and other tools to measure marketing impact
- Support Marketing Manager in various projects
Job Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity
- Experience with Google Ads/Business pages/Google Analytics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
- Good computer skills
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred, but not required
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
